Sachin the Pride of India

Sachin Tendulkar is one of the greatest cricketers that the world has today. Sachin has records to his account. Many frontline cricketers like him for his humility, his approach to the game and the thirst to learn new things in cricket even after playing for the past 20 years. Brian Lara has once exclaimed that “Sachin is a genius. Iam a mere Mortal”. He is the first individual to be awarded the honorary award of Group Captain by the Indian Air force without any aviation background.

As a Batsman Tendulkar was compared to Sir Don Bradman. Bradman himself has said that seeing sachin batting, reminds him of his younger days in cricket. Even frontline bowlers in World cricket respect sachin for his classic batting.
